Dameron Hospital Brand Transformation / Service Line Strategy

Dameron Hospital in Stockton, California, came to Orange Label in 2013 with a distinct need–an elevated brand image. Over the past 100 years, the longstanding Dameron brand had grown stagnant due to lack of presence in the Stockton community. Yet the truth was that something different was happening at Dameron Hospital. The staff knew it. The physicians knew it. CEO, Lorraine P. Auerbach knew it. Yet Dameron needed Orange Label’s help to communicate their positive, progressive transformation to the outside world and become a local source of pride in the community.

The Objectives:

  • Increase brand awareness of Dameron Hospital
  • Position the hospital as a “Health Care Leader” in the local Stockton community, San Joaquin County and Northern California as a whole
  • Educate audiences regarding Dameron Hospital’s market growth and the leadership team’s vision for local health care
