As the Agency of Record for Daughters of Charity Health System, Orange Label was offered the unique opportunity to launch brand awareness initiatives for three locations: O’Connor Hospital, Saint Louise Regional Hospital and DCHS Medical Foundation. This campaign needed to be powerful, it needed to be fresh and it needed to resonate with the community, all while harking back to the Daughters of Charity brand identity.
To achieve these intricate goals, Orange Label developed a unified campaign message and look to represent the health system. In addition, Orange Label executed a 12-month integrated marketing and advertising calendar to guide the priority service line and brand messages with a mix of traditional and digital media. As a result of this Marketing Execution Strategy, O’Connor Hospital, Saint Louise Regional Hospital and DCHS Medical Foundation saw an increase in class/seminar attendance, website traffic, phone call volume and patient volume.
