Challenge

Located in Tustin, CA, The Prentice School serves and educates Southern California students with learning differences such as dyslexia, ADHD, and anxiety who need a more personalized learning experience than the traditional public-school setting. They approached Orange Label with the need to boost enrollment. However, prospective parents are generally uninformed of their options and as a nonprofit, and the school’s resources for outreach were limited. In this complex environment, how do you increase awareness and enrollment to fulfill a powerful mission?

Approach

Through the Orange Label Approach, Orange Label conducted fact-finding with the Board of Directors, administrative staff and parents of both current and past students. After analysis of this research, Orange Label uncovered the specialized, nonprofit’s schools core benefits – “Connection, Belonging, Confidence and Growth.” Orange Label’s creative team completely revamped core collateral material, placing the benefits at the forefront while updating design to reflect the value delivered by the school. An elevated brand combined with an optimized digital marketing strategy made a significant impact.
